Oversee the expediting process during meal periods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of dishes to members and guests.;
Coordinate with kitchen staff to manage the timing and presentation of dishes according to the order tickets.;
Check each dish for quality, portioning, and presentation before it leaves the kitchen.;
Communicate effectively with front-of-house team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and dining areas.;
Monitor the quality of food being prepared, ensuring it meets the club's standards for taste, appearance, temperature and portion size.
