This is a great position for anyone with management goals or supervisor experience looking to advance. This position requires a flexible schedule with weekend and night availability.

Established in 1987, Piatti is a fresh take on the neighborhood Italian trattoria offering Italian cuisine, finely crafted with authenticity. The soul of the menu is our house-made pasta that we roll, cut and cook by hand every day. Piatti combines a warm, inviting atmosphere, seamless service and a gourmet takeaway experience with Piatti Provisions; a new retail and pasta shop.

As a Manager, you will direct Servers, Hosts, Bartenders and Buspersons on table service in assigned station according to restaurant service standards and specifications, courteously and efficiently. Take food and beverage orders when necessary; retrieve and serve food and beverage orders to guests  tables. Collect payments. Assist in the maintenance of the restaurant/bar area and equipment. Enforce the company s standards, policies and procedures with restaurant/bar staff.

Schedule and staff based on business needs. Motivate restaurant/bar staff and maintain a cohesive team. Ascertain restaurant/bar staff training needs and provide such training. Ensure security and confidentiality of guest information. Provide guests with an excellent experience to ensure satisfaction.
