Lead the store operations in the Store Manager's absence to ensure Company standards are met.;
Assist in recruiting, hiring, training and developing non-exempt Associates.;
Manage payroll administration including daily punch edits, scheduling compliance, Sunday payroll transmission, and payroll reporting as needed.;
Ensure proper scheduling of Associates to meet business objectives and maintain safety.;
Coach and supervise Retail Associates to provide efficient and friendly service at the registers, Customer Service desk, fitting rooms, and sales floor.
