Counter Sales

We are seeking a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting our products, and ensuring a smooth and efficient sales process.

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing bakery and deli items
• Maintain a clean and organized counter and display area
• Operate cash register and handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
• Promote new and seasonal products to customers
• Restock and rotate products as needed
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous customer service or sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of bakery and deli products is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
