Job Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide prompt, courteous service by greeting and assisting guests
  • Maintain store cleanliness, including food prep areas and equipment
  • Follow all food safety procedures and ensure product quality and freshness
  • Assist with inventory, ordering, and vendor check-in
  • Monitor food activities to ensure excellent guest service
  • Stock and rotate products according to standards
  • Prepare food items as per menu and brand standards
  • Follow cash handling and safety policies
  • Report safety hazards and unsafe acts immediately
  • Use upselling techniques to enhance sales
  • Follow emergency procedures and report customer complaints appropriately
  • Adhere to uniform and appearance policies
  • Arrive on time and perform additional duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Customer service skills, ability to read and interpret instructions, basic math skills, sound judgment, and computer literacy. Food safety certification preferred.

Experience:

Previous food service experience is preferred. Must be authorized to work in the US and maintain required food safety certifications.

Physical and Working Environment:
  • Stand and walk for full shifts
  • Bend, twist, climb, kneel, or crouch as needed
  • Work indoors and outdoors, including in cold environments
  • Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
