As a part-time Brand Ambassador, you bring our brand to life daily, engaging guests with the AEO Selling Model, teaching product details, introducing loyalty programs, and maintaining a positive, energetic atmosphere throughout the store.

• Use the AEO Selling Model to engage guests with a “friends first” mindset.
• Educate guests on AE & Aerie product details and suggest fits.
• Introduce AEO loyalty program and brand channels.
• Flexibly handle roles across sales floor, cash & wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Proactively resolve guest concerns while following company policy.
• Assist teammates to achieve store goals.
• Act with integrity and adhere to AEO policies.

• Energy and enthusiasm while handling multiple tasks.
• Availability in evenings, weekends, and holidays.
