With moderate supervision the Retail Keyholder assists the store management team in executing and supervising all store activities, ensuring products are easily accessible, boosting sales through product knowledge, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and fostering guest loyalty.

• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, answer questions promptly and courteously, share product and gaming knowledge, recommend additional items, and express gratitude.
• Support the overall shopping environment and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS computer system.
• Promote Game Stop’s unique guest benefits, such as title reservations and the Pro Rewards loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised store, ensuring all fixtures and equipment are in proper working order.
• Complete order fulfillment, inventory control, loss prevention, and administrative duties.
• Assist with store closures, bank deposits, and reconciliation of daily totals.
• Support store management in meeting sales, profit, and shrink goals.
• Adhere to Game Stop policies, opening/closing procedures, and associate performance expectations.

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Full-time store positions at Game Stop are eligible to participate in incentive programs, 401(k), paid time off, dental, vision, and health insurance. Positions may also be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentives.

$8.50 - $11.25
