Overview
We are currently looking for the right Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Team!
$12.95 to $15.95 per hour
We offer an easily achievable commission structure that pays you for every transaction you process. Our retail sales associates can earn UP TO 8% on transactions, which could average an additional $4.05 per hour on top of your hourly rate.

We are seeking entry-level, full-time sales associates in our pawn store locations nationwide. The Pawnbroker / Retail Sales Associate partners with the store team to ensure customer service on both lending and retail sides. The role involves greeting, engaging, and assisting customers to process sales, loans, and other transactions, resolving inquiries, and supporting a variety of merchandise including jewelry, tools, electronics, and firearms (in FFL locations).
The position offers an hourly wage plus commission based on productivity. Pay will be based on location, qualifications, and experience.
Responsibilities- Greet and interact with customers to build rapport and recommend financial solutions.
- Perform open/close procedures as required.
- Keeps the sales floor clean, stocked, and merchandise displayed.
- Handle sales and loan transactions per policies and regulations.
- Manage cash and negotiable items per policies and regulatory requirements.
- Answer incoming calls per company standards.
- Explain legal aspects of pawn and buy transactions to customers.
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers; contribute to a positive customer experience.
- Complete the assigned training and other duties as needed.
- Willingness and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform duties for extended periods; ready for a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
- Ability to work with firearms and become firearms certified.
- Minimum age 18;
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience. - Strong customer service orientation and team spirit; ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash handling experience preferred.
- Ability to work at multiple locations as needed; POS proficiency required.

The employee commission incentive plan is proprietary to First Cash. Pawnbrokers have the potential to earn 2-8% commission based on personal gross profit. Details provided during interview.
