Café & Market Associate

The Daily Docket Café is looking for a friendly and detail-oriented associates to join our team! In this role, you’ll greet guests with a warm welcome, accurately process orders, handle transactions, and ensure our grab-and-go items are well-stocked. You'll also assist with food running, dining area upkeep, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace. • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Accurately ring up guest orders (made-to-order and grab-and-go items)
• Handle cash, credit card, and digital transactions; follow cash-handling policies
• Monitor and restock grab-and-go coolers and impulse shelves (snacks, drinks, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized cashier station
• Run food to tables during peak periods or when staff coverage allows
• Assist in general dining area cleanliness (wiping tables, emptying trash)
• Support stocking of retail items and packaging supplies such as Grab & Go, Snacks, Beverages, etc.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve guest concerns quickly
