Merchandise Sales | Event | San Antonio, TX

Our client is seeking two enthusiastic, reliable Merchandise Sales Staff to support a large-scale immersive live event experience in San Antonio, TX. This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in retail or event sales who loves engaging with guests in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

• Show Day 1: Friday, May 29th | 6:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Show Day 2: Saturday, May 30th | 6:00 PM – 1:00 AM
• Buffer Day: May 31st (only if needed)

• You’ll be stationed at the merchandise area during show hours, processing transactions accurately using Square POS, engaging with guests to promote sales, and keeping the merchandise table stocked, organized, and visually appealing throughout the event. You’ll work alongside the Merchandise Lead to ensure a smooth, positive guest experience from open to close and assist with packing unsold items at the end of each night.

• Experience operating a point-of-sale system (Square preferred)
• Background in retail, merchandise sales, or event operations
• Friendly, guest-facing demeanor with strong communication skills
• Dependable, punctual, and comfortable working flexible evening hours
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a high-traffic environment
