At Home - 8421 McAllister Freeway - Responsibilities:
Plan, lead, and execute visual merchandising transitions, reinventions, product assortment changes, and resets to maintain visual integrity and drive sales;
Plan/execut e daily/weekly workload and assigned tasks with the Zone Manager to achieve visual merchandising, department, and store sales goals;
Participate in freight processes for incoming freight and transitions; stock products and maintain end caps and signage;
Support customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, and customer experience to ensure profitable store operations;
Serve as a role model and coach for visual merchandising, train and develop team members, and communicate visual priorities to enhance the customer experience
