• Process full project billing cycle, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across all invoices.
• Review contracts, change orders, and project documentation to ensure proper billing practices.
• Partner with project managers, finance teams, and clients to resolve complex billing issues and discrepancies.
• Monitor billing schedules, reporting, and deliverables to ensure deadlines and financial targets are met.
• Maintain oversight of billing records, project setups, and audit readiness.

• Strong background in project-based billing, preferably within construction or engineering environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting systems, with the ability to analyze and improve processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset.
