Rainbow USA, a specialty apparel retailer, seeks an Assistant Manager to support store operations and enhance the customer experience.

As an Assistant Manager, you will manage all aspects of store operations, including visual merchandising, asset protection, expense control, and ensuring a customer-centric environment. A minimum of 2 years of previous management experience in a women's apparel specialty store is required.

• Understand and oversee daily store operations, including inventory, visual merchandising, asset protection, and expense management.
• Lead and train store staff, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused team.
• Monitor store performance metrics and implement actions to meet profitability goals.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure compliance with company standards.
