Sales Associate

Summary

The Sales Associate is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional customer service and drives sales in a Breitling retail store. The role requires acting as a product and service expert to elevate the customer experience from welcome to close. Associates support store operations, visual standards, and team initiatives to achieve store goals.

• Strive to meet or exceed store sales goals and personal KPIs.
• Initiate and leverage sales opportunities with existing and prospective customers and maintain client relationships.
• Maintain customer correspondence and follow established sales techniques and service standards.
• Develop and demonstrate strong product knowledge and awareness of industry trends and competition.
• Perform opening and closing duties, assist with inventory and special projects, and support product launches.
• Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards and participate in training new sales associates when requested.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in luxury retail, including high-end watch sales, required.
• Proven success in client service within a luxury environment.
• Strong organization, communication, follow-up skills, and attention to detail.
• Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to meet goals set by management.
• Highly flexible with availability to work any day of the week, including weekends, and computer proficiency required.
