Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Responsible for designing customized layouts that drive profitability, operational efficiency, and customer experience. Leverages advanced analytics, cross‑functional collaboration, and precision execution, to influence key metrics such as sales per square foot, inventory turnover, and shrink reduction, while enabling coordinated decision‑making across merchandising, procurement, supply chain, and store operations.
- Executes merchandising strategies, provides localized solutions reflecting store specific needs
- Analyzes sales trends, inventory management, and shopper patterns to inform space planning decisions, ensuring sales and gross profits meet goals while detecting and resolving problems as they occur
- Collaborates with merchandising, supply chain, and store operations teams, providing tactical expertise to align layouts with business objectives
- Executes merchandising special projects and new initiatives; recommends improvements
- Leverages tools, processes, and analytical skills to support capability growth

Qualifications& Key Requirements
- 2+ years experience in a retail environment, with exposure to store operations, merchandising, inventory practices, and managing budgets – Required
- Broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures related to merchandising to complete difficult assignments – Required
- Strong conflict management skills – Required
- Strong organizational skills – Required
- Strong project management skills – Required
- Ability to communicate at all levels of management and partners – Required
- A related degree or comparable formal training, certification, or work experience – Required
- Function in a fast‑paced office environment
- Travel by car or plane with overnight stays
- Work extended hours; sit for extended periods
- Occasionally lift 20 lbs or more
