Engage with customers in the Hard Goods areas and provide world-class service to drive sales and enhance customer experience;
Assist with club fitting by selecting right shaft, grip, and specifications for optimal performance;
Maintain premiere stock and visual merchandising across Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories);
Assist front-end operations including returns, exchanges, gift cards, and promotions;
Provide feedback to Sales and Service Manager on opportunities to improve customer experience and store operations
