- Keep accurate records of vehicle inventory
- Verify and record purchased vehicles being delivered to facilities
- Verify and record stock numbers
- Process dealer trades
- Reconcile inventory schedules
- Analyze relationship between inventory, cost and profit
- Organize and file MCOs and titles
- Post vehicle purchases and issue payoff checks
- Communicate with sales dept for missing paperwork

- Energetic, motivated, and punctual
- Willingness to submit to a background check & drug screen prior to employment
- Previous experience in automotive dealership office/DMV/title processing strongly preferred
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
