Guest Engagement Assistant Store Leader

• Cultivates a guest‑focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs.
• Models excellent service standards and coaches associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Recruit, train, and develop a team to achieve individual, store, and company goals.
• Foster team commitment through support, relationship building, and recognizing individual contributions.
• Manages the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact the community and enhance people’s lives.
• Holds self and the team accountable for achievement of P&L results and statistical standards.
• Provides timely feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates, driving retention and performance.

• Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests.
• Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with a high degree of knowledge in all aspects of leadership including financial results, guest satisfaction, and employee relations.
• Ability to maintain a beautiful environment using a keen eye for detail, ensuring a pleasing experience and inviting atmosphere.
• A genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community and contribute to meaningful causes.
• Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to react instinctively to implementing revenue‑driven ideas and opportunities.
• A well‑groomed and stylish appearance is essential, reflecting personal pride and a commitment to delivering a world‑class guest experience.
• Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week, including holidays, nights, and weekends.
• Minimum 1 year of retail or hospitality management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks such as prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, squatting, climbing ladders, climbing and descending stairs, and lifting and carrying 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
