Showroom Experience Host (Part-Time) – San Antonio, TX

As a Showroom Experience Hostat Brilliant Earth, you will play a key role in creating an elevated, seamless experience for every guest who visits our showroom. Thisrole is ideal for someone who thrives in a hospitality-focused environment, is detail-oriented, and takes pride inmaintaininga polished,organized and welcoming space.

You’llwork closelyto support our showroom leadership and sales consultants to ensure everycustomerexperiencereflectsour joyful, luxury brand.

The ideal candidate will be able to work a part-time schedule that includes weekend days. This role is in-person based out of our San Antonio, TX Showroom.

• Assist with in-showroom beverage service, including preparingandservingcoffee, water,and champagne, as well as clearing and cleaning dishes and glasses.
• Proactively greet, check-in, andassistcustomerswith warmth, enthusiasm, and professionalism,creating a memorableandwelcoming environment.
• Assist walk-in clients by matching them with an availablesales representative, or scheduling a return visit.
• Support showroom events and special appointments, including set up and clean up.
• Gracefully enforce policies within the showroom to ensure a safe and pleasant experience for all guests, and security of goods.

• Maintain luxury showroom appearance, cleanliness, and organization, including cleaning display cases andproactivelyrestocking supplies and tools.
• Manage ordering and inventory of supplies and toolsfor showroom presentation standards and hospitality processes.
• Ensuringjewelry displays follow the approved planogram and are properly replenished.
• Assist with back-of-house tasks to support daily showroom operations, including:
• Preparing and packagingcustomerproducts forpick-ups, andorganizingproductsafter drop-offfor repairs or re-sizing.
