Develop strong relationships with PBE customers and provide color matching expertise;
Identify OEM paint codes and mix/tint paint according to specifications;
Maintain mixing room, scales, mixing machines, and paint counter for a clean and safe environment;
Manage PBE inventory including receiving, cycle counts, and coordination with Store Manager on pricing and product updates;
Train and assist other store team members in PBE sales and technical questions
