Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Buyer to join our growing corporate team in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you will champion our company vision by sourcing trendy, affordable, and inclusive merchandise that allows our customers to express their unique sense of style.

• Product Sourcing: Select competitive merchandise aligned with family customer needs, trendy electronics, and modern fashion trends.
• Vendor Management: Build strong, trust-based relationships and negotiate optimal pricing and delivery terms.
• Inventory Control: Forecast sales, manage stock levels, and react quickly to shifting market demands.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor strategies, consumer buying patterns, and fast-moving industry trends.

  Visit retail stores weekly to guide merchandise presentation, connect with our frontline teams, and gather direct feedback.
• Travel: Attend regional and national market events as needed to source, buy, and discover new products.

• Experience: 3+ years of domestic retail buying experience.
• Niche Knowledge: Direct background in Women's Fashion Accessories and Lingerie is highly preferred.
