Burlington - 6001 Northwest Loop 410 - Responsibilities:
Provide an effective deterrent to theft and dishonesty through presence and engagement with customers and associates;
Maintain a safe and secure store environment with attention to detail and strong communication;
Lead and train Shortage Control Associates in shortage reduction programs and processes;
Assist in inventory preparation and execution and develop action plans to reduce shortage;
Collaborate with store leadership and local law enforcement as needed to address theft incidents
