About the Role

As a Sales Associate, better known as a “Product Specialist,” you’ll engage with customers, provide exceptional service, support store sales, and contribute to the overall success of the store. This entry‑level retail position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to grow within the Skechers global brand.

• Customer Service:
  Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the right choice.
• Retail Sales Goals:
  Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales targets.
• Store Operations:
  Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes, including occasional lifting up to 50 pounds, and staying on your feet throughout most of your shift.
• Cashier Duties:
  Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments and ensuring customers leave with a positive final impression.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay informed on the latest Skechers footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to enhance the customer experience and boost sales.

• Deliver top‑notch customer service in an entry‑level retail role.
• Be driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
• Be reliable, detail‑oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
• Work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
• Represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
• Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application.
