Position Summary
Assist Sam’s Club members with membership inquiries, benefits, and account updates. Promote membership value and accomplish membership goals. Maintain facility safety by following safety standards, conducting sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations. Fulfill member fax, pull, and click & pull orders, ensuring order accuracy and timely delivery. Complete work assignments and prioritize using policies, data, and resources.
Provide member service, acknowledge members, assist with purchasing decisions, resolve issues, and promote Walmart products. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethics, applying the Open Door Policy and maintaining integrity.
- Develop and support membership by providing information on membership benefits and promoting the value of company products and services.
- Process membership upgrades, credit accounts, and participate in sales and marketing events.
- Maintain facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including safety sweeps, forklift spotting, hazardous material handling, and reporting unsafe situations.
- Fulfill member fax, pull, and click & pull orders by reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, palletizing, ensuring order accuracy and securing items for members.
- Prioritize work assignments using policies, data, and resources; communicate progress and recommendations for improvement.
- Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the company’s products and services.
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity through implementation of action plans and use of the Open Door Policy.
- Act with integrity, maintain high standards of ethics and compliance, and model Walmart values to support a regenerative culture.
- Serve customers and members by putting the customer first, making decisions based on reliable information, and balancing short- and long-term priorities.
- Strive for excellence by displaying curiosity, taking calculated risks, supporting continuous improvements, and leveraging new technologies and skills.
$17.00–$25.00/hr* ; shifts may vary. Performance‑based bonus awards and additional premiums of $0.35–$3.00 per hour may apply based on schedule, location, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.
