The Bridal Stylist is a full-time, on-site role based at Olivia Grace Bridal in San Antonio, TX. In this position, the stylist guides brides through dress appointments, listens to their preferences, and recommends gowns, accessories, and alterations options that fit their vision, body type, and budget. Daily responsibilities include greeting and checking in customers, setting up fitting rooms, managing appointment schedules, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the showroom.

The role involves handling retail sales transactions, preparing and tracking orders, and following up with customers regarding fittings, deliveries, and any special requests. The stylist also collaborates with teammates to support store events, trunk shows, and marketing initiatives while consistently delivering an exceptional, inclusive customer experience.

• Demonstrated Retail Sales skills, including product recommendations and closing sales.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with a service-oriented mindset.
• Proven Customer Service and Communication skills, both in person and over phone/email.
• Ability to build rapport with diverse customers, offering empathetic, non-judgmental support during dress selection.
• Attention to detail in styling, fit, and presentation; interest or experience in fashion or bridal is highly beneficial.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment, including evenings and weekends as needed.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and appointment scheduling tools.
• Previous boutique, retail, or styling experience preferred but not required; training will be provided.
