Greet teammates and athletes to understand needs and support shopping with product knowledge and customer service;
Uphold merchandising and presentation standards including floor sets, signage, price changes, and inventory presentation;
Promote company programs such as loyalty, warranty sales, and private label credit card enrollment;
Adhere to safety, loss prevention, and standard operating procedures and laws applicable to store operations;
Create an inclusive store environment and take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across the store
