* Job Description:

+ Manage client accounts and support customer success initiatives.

+ Resolve complex customer issues using multiple tools and systems.

+ Generate data analytical reports for monthly and quarterly account reviews.

+ Develop strategies to retain and grow customers, and identify buying traits.

+ Coordinate with internal teams for timely responses.

Qualifications:

+ 3+ years Expereince in a Customer Success is Mandatory

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of San Antonio, TX.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00/hr.
