Engage with every Customer encountered and offer world class service by leveraging PGATSS Service behaviors.;
Focus on building lasting relationships that keep the Customer coming back.;
Seek out and engage Customers throughout the Hard Goods areas (Simulators, Putting Green, Club Repair, and Accessories).;
Assist in keeping Hard Goods areas merchandise presence at a premiere stock and visual level to drive sales and the Customer experience.;
Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of various golf clubs and explain their features, benefits, and differences to Customers.
