AE - Stock Associate - Early Morning (Off-Hours

Your Role

YOU'RE A PART-TIME STOCK BRAND AMBASSADOR – you keep product moving from the Stockroom to the Sales floor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is #yourplace, you flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Sales floor as needed.

Most importantly, you represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day!

• You’re a go‑getter when it comes to keeping product moving and you do so by processing shipments, replenishing, marking down, and merchandising in a timely and effective manner.
• You master the Stockroom, keeping merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures organized so it runs efficiently.
• You spot merchandising opportunities, inform store leadership, create a game plan and take action to correct it.
• You’re always ready to step in and help fellow team members with non‑stock tasks or assist guests.
• You prioritize safety, following Asset Protection standards and AEO policies and procedures both in the Stockroom and on the Sales floor.

• You love AE and Aerie products.
• You love organization and have strong attention to detail; priority‑setting and time‑management are your strengths.
• You have flexible availability – early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
• You have previously worked in a stock‑related role.
