Sea World Parks & Entertainment is seeking Ambassadors to support our Merchandise teams with dynamic visual displays and guest engagement. You will help design and set up displays, install fixtures and props, and ensure displays stay fresh and on-brand across locations.
You’ll interact with guests, answer questions, upsell merchandise, and maintain accurate pricing and inventory while following safety and loss-prevention procedures. This role requires physical activity and flexible shifts.
