Merchandise Associate

As a Merchandise Associate at Homesense, you'll help create an inspiring, treasure-hunt shopping experience. In this fast-paced, off-price retail environment, you'll stock and merchandise home fashions, keeping the sales floor organized, safe, and visually appealing. You'll assist customers with product questions, operate registers, process transactions, and support backroom to sales floor flow. Working closely with a diverse, supportive team, you'll gain hands-on experience in merchandising, customer service, and store operations, with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance within the TJX family of brands.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor merchandising, arranging displays, and maintaining signage to company standards
• Stock, replenish, and rotate merchandise from backroom to sales floor
• Provide friendly, responsive customer service and assist shoppers with product location
• Operate POS system, process transactions, and handle cash accurately
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and fitting room standards
• Support ticketing, pricing changes, and markdowns as directed
• Follow loss prevention, safety, and company policies at all times
• Collaborate with team members and leaders to meet daily store goals
