- Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class guest service: promptly greet guests, respond to guest questions/concerns promptly, courteously, and professionally; assist guests in meeting their video gaming needs; inform guests about promotions and trade-in program; recommend additional items; apply selling behaviors during each transaction; express gratitude to every guest.;
Support the overall shopping environment, including visual and operational elements, and nurture guest relationships that lead to sales and repeat business.;
Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.;
Address guest comments or questions in person or on the phone, ensuring top-notch guest service.;
Promote Game Stop’s guest benefits and ensure store areas are clean, organized, and merchandised according to guidelines.;
Complete Omni-Channel orders daily.;
Safeguard assets through inventory control and loss prevention practices; conduct inventory counts and restock merchandise.;
Report discrepancies to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager as needed.
