A three‑week intensive training program will prepare you to launch a successful outside sales career in less than 30 days.
Responsibilities- Build trust and empathy with homeowners, explaining Dry Force’s capabilities.
- Evaluate loss and prepare a job scope using moisture meters and company technology.
- Present engagement proposals, secure work authorization, and coach on payment options.
- Begin drying process to stabilize moisture and set homeowner expectations.
- Communicate job status with customers, management, and insurance carriers.
- Process all documentation promptly.
- 3+ years of outside sales experience.
- Strong motivation, work ethic, and enjoyment of the selling process.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust.
- Strong communication skills: interpersonal, written, and presenting.
- Comfortable working outdoors and in confined spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Comfortable using computers and mobile devices for job documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and successful background/drug test.
- Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weather‑related surge events.
