Sales experience is not necessary.This is a 100% commission-based sales position, so you will have unlimited income potential.

What You Should Expect:

Our in-depth training program prepares new team members to become experts in commercial real estate sales. Our hands on training will teach you from A to Z, how to build a career in commercial real estate sales. You will gain a strong understanding of effective prospecting and a proven ability to make sales. You need to be coachable, self-motivated, tenacious and possess strong communication skills with an industrious personality and an insatiable appetite for success.

Essential Functions:

  • Use proprietary and industry systems and resources to find and validate property owners, research competitors, and identify new leads and projects
  • Relentlessly call property owners regarding their commercial real estate assets
  • Be confident and comfortable with 100+ cold calls per day to property owners
  • Maintain detailed records of activity on our proprietary CRM system
  • Utilize the company’s industry-leading tools, resources, and technology to win business and build relationships
  • Work closely with Sales Leaders and Mentors to curate an effective business plan
  • Actively participate in trainings
