Job Description – Brand Development Manager (100% Onsite) Overview

A professional with experience in the luxury market as a key differentiator, specializing in high-end jewelry and retail. Strong background in B2B and B2C sales, account management, and business development within premium environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver sales proposals to existing and prospective clients
  • Identify and pursue new business and retail opportunities
  • Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
  • Provide personalized, high-touch customer service aligned with luxury standards
  • Promote products and services throughout the full sales cycle
  • Analyze sales performance, reports, and market trends to drive growth
  • Support inventory management and visual merchandising standards
  • Meet and consistently exceed sales targets and quotas
  • Educate clients on brand, products, and services
  • Negotiate with current and prospective customers
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, accounting, and operations teams
  • Represent the brand at trade shows, trunk shows, and retail events
  • 100% onsite role
  • Regular travel required for retail visits, meetings, and trade shows
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in outside sales within the luxury and/or jewelry industry
  • Proven success in B2B and B2C sales
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel across the U.S.
