Job Description – Brand Development Manager (100% Onsite) Overview
A professional with experience in the luxury market as a key differentiator, specializing in high-end jewelry and retail. Strong background in B2B and B2C sales, account management, and business development within premium environments.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and deliver sales proposals to existing and prospective clients
- Identify and pursue new business and retail opportunities
- Manage key accounts and maintain strong client relationships
- Provide personalized, high-touch customer service aligned with luxury standards
- Promote products and services throughout the full sales cycle
- Analyze sales performance, reports, and market trends to drive growth
- Support inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Meet and consistently exceed sales targets and quotas
- Educate clients on brand, products, and services
- Negotiate with current and prospective customers
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer service, accounting, and operations teams
- Represent the brand at trade shows, trunk shows, and retail events
- 100% onsite role
- Regular travel required for retail visits, meetings, and trade shows
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in outside sales within the luxury and/or jewelry industry
- Proven success in B2B and B2C sales
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Willingness to travel across the U.S.
