About the roleWe’re seeking a Sales Executive to help expand 3rd Mil’s reach and impact nationwide. The Sales Executive will focus on one of our three primary markets (judicial system, higher education, or secondary education) but previous experience with these markets is not required. This role is a hunting role and is ideal for a motivated, relationship-driven professional who thrives on connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring they are set up for success.
You’ll play a key role in helping these markets implement 3rd Mil courses effectively and ensure the best possible outcomes for the people they serve. As the Sales Executive, you’ll prospect, qualify, and close new business. You'll manage your new business pipeline and transition new clients to their Account Manager.
- Reach out to prospects and warm leads generated by various sources
- Present, promote, and sell 3rd Mil’s programs to prospective partners
- Track sales activity, manage tasks, and maintain accurate records within internal systems.
- Engage in regular professional development to continually improve your performance and product knowledge
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and professional presence
- Proven relationship management and customer service abilities
- Highly motivated and target-driven with excellent organizational skills
- Understand CRM processes
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Openness to feedback and commitment to continuous learning
- Familiarity with the judicial or educational systems is preferred but not required
- Outbound Activity: 40+ calls per day with at least 6 quality connections
- Respond to all emails and inbound calls within 24 business hours
- Complete all assigned tasks by their due date
- Consistently meet revenue targets through a consultative selling approach
- Dedicate at least 5 hours per month to professional development
- This position is in-office, located in San Antonio, Texas

The pay range for this role is: 47, USD per year (San Antonio)
