Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Product Sales Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The Product Sales Assistant will play a critical role in supporting the sales team in driving product awareness and increasing overall sales. This individual will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with product demonstrations and presentations, and helping to develop effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Prepare and present product demonstrations to potential customers
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform sales strategies
  • Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
  • Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
