Design Associate (Showroom & In-Home Sales)
Floor Coverings International – San Antonio
📍 18720 Stone Oak Parkway, Suite #113, San Antonio, TX 78258
Floor Coverings International is looking for a motivated Design Associate to work with showroom walk-in customers, conduct in-home consultations, and engage the local community to generate new business.
This role blends retail sales, in-home design consultations, and business development with strong earning potential.
What You’ll Do- Assist walk-in customers at our showroom
- Conduct Shop-At-Home and on-site sales appointments
- Guide customers through flooring selections and close sales
- Participate in local outreach and lead‑generation activities
- Mon–Fri: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Sat: 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Base salary + sales commission (uncapped) - Range $65,000 to $100,000 per year
- Paid training
- Company vehicle & gas card

- Experience in retail sales, preferably home improvement
- Brick-and-mortar and/or in-home sales background
- Flooring industry experience a plus (not required)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
