Schedule:

Varies, (1) weekend day required Full-time, year-round work Will Fix It, in partnership with ARS, is seeking a Sales Advisor. Earn $65,000 - $100,000+ annually based on performance*, while working for the nation's largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing and electrical services. With 7,000+ team members and 45+ years of industry experience, ARS delivers stability, growth, and industry-leading support for HVAC professionals.

As a Sales Advisor / Plumbing, you will:
* Meet with homeowners to assess and quote water heater replacementsgas, electric, or tankless.
* Youll present product options, explain installation details, and provide transparent pricing.
* Conduct pre-scheduled, in-home sales appointments with homeowners.
* All appointments are set by ARS based on incoming service calls or inquiries.
* Build relationships, assess customer needs, and provide tailored recommendations.
* Present financing and promotional options to close deals efficiently .

Qualifications:

What You Need As a Sales Advisor / Plumbing:
* Residential plumbing knowledge welcomed, but not required.
* Sales experience required
* In-home sales or one-call-close experience preferred
* Familiarity with gas, electric, and tankless water heater solutions
* Valid drivers license with clean driving record
* Must pass background check and drug screening
