Role Overview

Join our elite team as a Luxury Remodeling Design-Build Sales Consultant, where relationships come first and excellence is the standard. You will serve as a trusted advisor to homeowners, listening deeply to their goals, shaping their vision, and guiding them through a seamless, high-touch remodeling experience. A refined design eye, strong presence in the luxury real estate market, and a consultative sales style will set you apart.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate and nurture leads through networking, referrals, and marketing channels.
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess clients' needs, preferences, and project scope.
  • Be prepared to generate leads through direct sales efforts in networking, past clients, or contacts
  • Develop and present customized design-build solutions aligning with clients' lifestyles and budgets.
  • Collaborate with designers, architects, and project managers to ensure seamless execution.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and close high-value deals with confidence.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of luxury design trends, materials, and finishes.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while upholding the brand's reputation for quality and integrity.
The Perfect Fit Has
  • 5+ years closing $1M - $5M luxury real estate or design/build transactions you guided affluent buyers through waterfront penthouses, Hill Country estates, or trophy ranch compounds, and know how to sell aspiration, not square footage.
  • A proven record of selling luxury remodels, design-build projects,
    or high-end real estate portfolios
  • A comprehensive Rolodex of real estate brokers and wealth management advisors that fuels your referral pipeline.
  • Fluency in architectural drawings, construction lingo, and premium materials.
  • A designer's eye for proportion, texture, and flow.
  • Self-motivated and innovative thinking and approach to reaching potential clients
  • CRM savvy, and the hustle to juggle multiple marquee projects.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in luxury remodeling, design-build sales, or high-end real estate.
  • Strong consultative sales skills with the ability to connect with affluent clientele.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Knowledge of architectural plans, construction processes, and premium materials.
  • Passion for design and an eye for aesthetic details.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and basic project management tools is a plus.
