Admissions Cashier

Natural Bridge Caverns is looking for full and part-time team members in our sales department. Our Admissions team members, or sales agents, are typically our guests' first contact with Natural Bridge Caverns. They provide our guests or groups with information, reservations and admission tickets. Applicants should be ready to smile and provide a positive and fun experience for our guests.

Sales agents are responsible for having in‑depth product knowledge of all our attractions, answering phones in a professional manner, providing guest assistance and operating the Point of Sale system. Sales agents must have excellent cash handling, problem solving and general housekeeping skills. Sales agents should also be able to perform first aid when needed and have patience in dealing with stressful situations.

All training is done in‑house, so experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is not required. Training can be done within the first week of employment and will be a mixture of hands‑on approaches and one‑on‑one training.

Pay $11.00 - $13.00 per hour.
