Role DescriptionAs a Sales Representative at ALFA CANTOR, you will play a crucial role in driving business by identifying and building relationships with businesses in our industry. Daily responsibilities include reaching out to potential clients, promoting and selling the Buyback Program, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and negotiating pricing and contracts.
This is a full-time, on-site role located in San Antonio, TX. You will also collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
Qualifications- Sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and foster long-term client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with HVAC contractors and team members
- Time management, organization, and attention to detail in handling multiple accounts and tasks
- Basic understanding of refrigerants and HVAC industry is a plus
- Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer skills for tracking sales activities
- High level of self-motivation and goal-oriented mindset
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or a similar role is preferred
