We are seeking a full‑time Account Executive to join our on‑site team in San Antonio, TX. This role involves identifying and developing client relationships, generating new business opportunities, and managing existing accounts. The Account Executive will work closely with the sales and technical teams to provide tailored IT solutions, handle customer inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, and staying updated with industry trends to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Sales and Business Development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and relationship management
• Understanding of IT solutions such as networking, hardware, storage, and client computing
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including active listening and presentation abilities
• Customer Service skills, with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions
• Organizational and time management skills for balancing multiple accounts and tasks
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Prior experience in IT sales or a related industry is a plus
• Ability to work on‑site in San Antonio, TX
