The OpportunityAs an Inside Sales Representative, you will generate profitable revenue through new customer acquisition and account growth. You will prospect, qualify, and close opportunities primarily through phone, video, and digital outreach from our San Antonio headquarters.
What You’ll Do- Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
- Build and execute a proactive outbound strategy to identify, engage, and win new business opportunities.
- Run discovery and qualify opportunities using BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) principles.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and clean CRM hygiene in Salesforce (stages, next steps, close dates, activities).
- Deliver solution-based presentations tailored to security, compliance, and operational needs.
- Use prospecting tools such as Linked In and Zoom Info to drive targeted outreach.
- Partner closely with Sales Development Representatives and collaborate with Enterprise Sales on strategic and multi-location accounts.
- Negotiate and close agreements while protecting profitable, long-term customer relationships.
- 2–5 years of sales experience (SaaS or service-based sales experience strongly preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of quota achievement and disciplined pipeline management.
- Strong phone/video presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfort with structured qualification (BANT or similar) and a “hunter” mindset.
- Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM is strongly preferred.
