Leasing Consultant - The Abbey at Sonterra

FULL TIME HOURLY San Antonio, TX, US

Put Your Leasing Skills to Work!

• Greet and assist prospective residents with tours and leasing questions.

• Prepare lease packages and ensure all paperwork is accurate and complete.

• Use One Site and CRM (Knock) to manage leads, follow-ups, and communication.

• Help manage community marketing efforts, including:

  • Social media posts.

  • Business-to-business outreach.

  • Planning resident events with the Property Manager.

• Follow up with prospects and resident requests in a timely and professional way.

• Provide top‑notch service both in person and over the phone.

• Keep the office and tour spaces clean, organized, and welcoming.

• Leasing experience preferred
  , but at least 2 years of customer service or sales experience required.

• Experience with
  CRM (Knock) and One Site is a plus.

• Excellent multitasking and time management skills.

• Friendly, professional communication style.

• A positive, team‑oriented attitude with a “get things done” approach.

• Must be available to work Saturdays – we are closed on Sundays.
