Responsibilities- Contact prospective customers and identify their insurance needs
- Develop relationships with individuals, families, and business owners
- Generate quotes and present personalized insurance solutions
- Follow up on leads and sales opportunities provided by the agency
- Maintain consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales process
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and activity expectations
- Build long-term relationships that lead to referrals and repeat business
- Stay current on insurance products and industry trends
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with prospects

Compensation $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
