Building Materials Sales Rep​/Gutter Sales Rep

About the Opportunity

Service Partners, part of the Top Build family of companies, is seeking two Outside Sales Associates to expand our insulation and gutter sales divisions. Candidates will manage their own territory, build strong customer relationships, and drive sales of building products.

• Represent the company’s insulation and building products division and gutter division to existing clients and prospects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Independently manage customer accounts and prospecting activities within assigned territory.
• Deliver persuasive presentations, negotiate contracts, and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements using computer skills.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
• 3–5 years of successful outside sales experience.
• Knowledge of general contractor and building industry preferred; experience with commercial insulation and building envelope is a plus.
• Ability to understand construction drawings.

Comprehension of construction drawings and adherence to safety protocols are required for this safety-sensitive role.

Will cover a territory with a 250‑mile radius, including up to 75% overnight travel as needed.

Prolonged standing, repetitive motions, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength are essential.

Salary range: $30,000.00 – $. Actual base salary will vary based on relevant factors for the position.
