Position Overview

Personal Banker – Bulverde Marketplace Branch, San Antonio, Texas.

Working within PNC’s Retail Branch Banking Network, you’ll strengthen customer relationships through a defined sales process, engaging customers in conversations to identify appropriate financial solutions.

Spanish proficiency is preferred.

• Acquire and deepen the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities.
• Manage the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer’s financial well‑being.
• Collaborate with ecosystem partners to grow the customer’s share of wallet.
• Position PNC solutions to drive new revenue and customer loyalty.
• Drive proactive sales conversations through inbound and outbound interactions including outbound calling, service‑to‑sales, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement.
• Deliver a full PNC conversation with every client interaction to identify appropriate PNC solutions.
• Leverage ecosystem partnerships and community Centers of Influence to acquire, expand, and retain relationships.
• Apply product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively.
• Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
• Participate in branch daily operations, ensuring they are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain a heightened scrutiny to identify and avoid loss.

Typically requires 3+ years of related experience or product knowledge. Equivalent combinations of education, certifications, and experience (including military service) may be considered.
