Responsibilities

• Provide current and prospective residents with excellent customer service to retain residents and lease properties.
• Identify, engage, and advance each prospect and follow up until an appointment is set, a home within the portfolio is found, or the prospect decides not to move.
• Display a high level of integrity and professionalism when dealing with residents, prospects, employees, and outside contacts.
• Handle incoming sales inquiries by phone, email, and online chat.
• Provide information regarding specific communities as well as services offered with the goal of generating leases for the sites.
• Log all activity into company-provided databases (Pivotal/PCIC, One Site, Interactive Pricing Application) in a timely and accurate manner.
• Accurately communicate the benefits and features of the property portfolio.
• Stay up to date with all promotions and leasing incentives.
• Provide accurate information to residents and prospects in a courteous manner and fulfill all reasonable requests or requirements.
• Maintain the company’s customer service and sales standards.
