Account Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a Benefits Account Manager to join our Employee Benefits Insurance team in downtown San Antonio, TX. The role involves serving benefits clients—including client companies and their employees—and delivering exceptional service as part of a dedicated account management team.

• Lead pre‑renewal, renewal, and enrollment processes for benefits plans.
• Serve as a resource to clients on daily service needs, current market conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Account Executives, Account Coordinators, Marketing Analysts, and consultants/sales producers to provide a seamless client experience.

• 3+ years of employee benefits experience, including group medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and ancillary products.
• Texas General Lines Life & Health insurance license within 60 days of employment and maintained throughout employment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and Adobe.
• Experience with self‑funded plans and Benefit Point Image Right is a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

High school diploma or equivalent. Negligible travel required.
